Questions for us to ponder... that we discussed of course...

1) We all know that cold air sinks as it is denser, so air conditioners are always placed at the top of the room. Then why is it that Changi Airport T3, Ministry of Education and Suvarnabhumi International Airport (Bangkok) has it air conditioners on the ground?

2) How do heat exchangers work? (See Amanda Lim En Mian's blog)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heat_exchanger

3) Temperature gradients - what happens when we cool the room too much? Why does the air conditioner have to work harder?

Any nice people to respond?

One more thing..please check your email. I have sent you some instructions to do a survey on IVLE.
